To register for the pool:
To pay with a credit card: You may register here https://maplewood.recdesk.com/Community/Membership or
call the Maplewood Recreation Department at 973-762-8120.
(Please note that purchasing with a credit card will accrue a processing fee.)

To pay with a check: You may mail or bring your payment to Town Hall located at: 574 Valley Street, Maplewood, NJ 07040. 
​We ask that you please make the check to "Maplewood Community Pool" with a note indicating the type of membership and the names of all you wish to have signed up. 
*To note, if the names of the members are not already on your account, we require birthdates as well to add them to your RecDesk account.

After joining, pool badges (key fobs) can be picked up from the front desk of the pool the first time you enter. Photos are required for memberships.
Please have a photo ID and/or proof of residency with you.

Items to know:

• Number of people allotted per type of membership:
  • Individual: 1 person (1 adult)
  • Senior: 1 person (1 65+ years old)
  • Couple: 2 people (2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child)
  • Family 1: 7 people (2 adults and 5 children)
  • Family 2: 12 people (2 adults and 10 children)
  • Family plus caregiver: 12 people (2 adults, 1 caregiver, 9 children)
• August Only Membership effective August 1.
• ​Children aged 2 and under do not require paid membership​
• Family w/ caregiver requires the caregiver be specified at the time of registration and they will receive their own named membership card; multiple caregivers can be specified. Contact the Recreation Office to understand how that will work.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult member. The only adult in your party cannot be a guest.
• Guest passes will be sold this year per diem:
  • $15 for children, ages 3 -17
  • $25 for adults, ages 18 & up
